At DUBAI GALLERY, we take pride in delivering your favorite fragrances quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $7:00 to  $12,00

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): will be quoted

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $ 130(before tax).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
