We want you to love your fragrance as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-returnable items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes, sample vials, or gift cards.

• Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

5. How to Start a Return
